Dear Parents,

Welcome to Sweet Harmony!

The following should provide you with any necessary information to register for the upcoming semester. The semester will start on September 5th and practices will be each Thursday from 5:00 – 5:45 pm. The monthly fee is $40 a month and payment will be due the first Thursday of each month. (Tuition due September-December) Please make checks payable to Jamy Bailey. Practices will be held at my home located in Monticello. (Private message me for exact address) Performances for this semester will be held in

December (dates to be determined). As you complete the registration, understand that this is a semester commitment. Please take a moment to read the Sweet Harmony policies before filling out the registration forms. Registration forms are due by August 10th. Return the registration forms to me along with a check for $40 for September's payment. If I have not received your registration forms by this date I will assume you are not planning to enroll.

Sweet Harmony Policies

Payment & Fees

A tuition payment of $40 is due on the first Thursday of each month. You may pay with a check (made out to Jamy Bailey) or cash. However, if you pay with cash please send it in an envelope labeled with your daughter’s name. You may send payment with your daughter to rehearsal. If tuition payment is not received within 30 days a $5 late fee will be charged.

If during the course of the semester you decide that your daughter will no longer be able to participate with the group, you will need to give me four weeks’ notice. If notice is not given, you will be expected to pay for the first month that she is no longer in the group.

Parent Attendance

Unfortunately since practice is held in my home, I do not have space for parents to attend practices. Feel free to come in and say goodbye to your child.

Costumes

Each girl is expected to purchase her own costume. I choose costumes with a few things in mind: how it will look on stage, how many are available in the right sizes, and the cost. (Trust me, I am a bargain shopper. I promise to keep the costs as low as possible!!!) I try to find outfits that will be fun for the girls to wear after the performances are over, but I know that I cannot please everyone’s taste in clothing.

Transportation

It is important that your daughter arrive on time to practice. If she has an appointment that will make her late, please let me know ahead of time. Please be prompt to pick up your daughter from rehearsal!

Performances

It is important that your daughter is at each performance. If for some reason she cannot be there, please let me know ahead of time so that I can make any necessary adjustments to the show. If you have any parties or events where you would like Sweet Harmony to perform, please call me and I’ll see if I can arrange it. I will send home performance schedules as soon as our shows are planned.
